Our Company Zel Technologies, LLC (ZelTech) has recently been made aware of recruitment fraud which is a scam by a bad actor who offers fake job opportunities to job seekers via fake emails or fake websites with the false promise of being hired by a company. Recruitment fraud is intended to gain access to personal and financial information including banking, date of birth, address, credit card or social security card information. This type of fraud can start with what seems to be innocent questions about background and job experience but could lead to requests for personal data such as date of birth, address, social security number or payment by the candidate. This could include the bad actor requiring candidates to arrange for travel for in-person interviews with a travel agency. ZelTech and its affiliates do not request a financial commitment from candidates in the pre-employment process.

Does ZelTech offer internships?

We welcome interns! Internships are considered on a case by case basis.  Students, schools and community organizations may request consideration for an internship opportunity via letter or email.

Does ZelTech participate in On-The-Job (OTJ) Programs?

How do I apply for a particular job?

To view a listing of employment opportunities, please search the openings listed and linked on this page. You can narrow your search by choosing a location, or you can click on the “Search” button to review a listing of all posted jobs.

Each job posting you view will have a link at the bottom of the page stating the following “Apply for this position” or a “Previous Applicants” log in box. Once the response form opens, you will need to fill in all of the required information indicate by an asterisk. When you hit the “submit” button, your resume will become part of our searchable database.

Can I mail my resume or give it to someone who works at ZelTech?

In order to be formally considered for employment at ZelTech, you must submit your resume online for open positions at www.zeltech.com/careers. Our online resume submission process is the place where you can enter your resume information, and is designed to provide you a fair opportunity to be considered for potential opportunities at ZelTech.

Is my candidate information/profile stored with ZelTech indefinitely?

Candidates are deleted after two years of inactivity, if there are no current applications in process. This means that unless you have actively applied for a position(s), updated your profile, or a recruiter has processed your profile/application within that time period, your profile will be deleted and you will need to create a new profile upon application.

Do I have to register in order to use your job site?

You don’t have to register to browse through job openings. However, if you want to apply for a position, you will need to register by creating a unique User ID and a password. Registration allows you to save your information so you don’t have to re-type it each time you return to our site. You will have the ability to save information such as resumes and other attachments.

If I register, who will see it?

If you apply for a job, then you, authorized human resources administrators, and the hiring manager will see your Application data and Resume only. Your password will never be shared.

How and when will I hear back about my application?

We appreciate the time and effort that you put into submitting your application. All applicants will be notified of a hiring decision whether or not we pursue the applicant for employment. Please check your email inbox and your spam folder; email is the only way we will communicate with you about your application.

How do I log into the system, if I forget my password?

You can access your account by clicking on the password help link on the Search Openings page. You will be asked to enter your email address then you will receive an email with your password.

Why am I asked about my gender and ethnicity?

This data is not required; it is optional. This information will be used strictly for required government reporting and will not affect the outcome of your application.

Why am I asked to explain how I heard about the job?

Collecting “source” information allows ZelTech to better understand how applicants learn about our employment opportunities. If you select “other” from the initial drop down menu, please indicate the specific source in the text box. If you learned of this opportunity through a ZelTech employee, please choose “employee referral” in the primary “source” drop down menu and provide us with that individual’s first and last name in the text box.
